A dedicated professional, Brittni recently earned her broker's license and partnered with Joey Ann Staggs to establish Paradise Realty & Management, where outstanding client experiences are a top priority.
Growing up on the beautiful island of Kauai and later raised on Oahu, Brittni graduated from Roosevelt High School with honors. Her diverse background includes high sales in tourist services and high-end retail, giving her a unique perspective on customer care. After obtaining her real estate license from Abe Seminars, she honed her skills at several respected brokerages, including Century 21 Properties Hawaii, Berkshire Hathaway, and Engel & Völkers Honolulu.
Brittni is known for her exceptional negotiation skills and ability to connect with clients on a personal level, making their real estate journeys smooth and enjoyable. In her free time, Brittni cherishes quality moments with her family—especially her 4-year-old son and wife—enjoying water activities, the beach, and travel adventures. A lifelong beach enthusiast, she learned to surf at the age of 8 and developed a passion for bodyboarding. She also played basketball throughout her youth, instilling a strong commitment to an active and healthy lifestyle. Brittni shares her home with two dogs, Riley and Ryno, who love hiking and lounging.

Meet Joey, a passionate real estate expert and Hawaii transplant who has lived on Oahu for over 15 years. With more than 19 years of experience in various roles within the industry, she has a wealth of knowledge about the ins and outs of real estate, having worked in everything from commercial real estate to property management and residential sales in both California and Oahu.
Joey has cultivated a reputation for unwavering trust, loyalty, and dedication, treating every client like family. Her genuine compassion and extensive knowledge of the real estate landscape empower her to navigate each unique journey with ease. As a seasoned professional, she understands the trust her clients place in her and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations every day. She believes that successful real estate transactions are built on clear communication and strong relationships, and she prides herself on being available and responsive to her clients' needs.
When she’s not helping clients, Joey gives back to the community as a Big Sister for Big Brothers and Big Sisters Hawaii. She also volunteers with 808 Cleanups, an environmental nonprofit committed to restoring Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty through decentralized cleanups and education. Additionally, Joey is a dedicated blood donor; inspired by her cousin's battle with cancer, she faces her fear of needles to contribute. As the President of Oahu Hikers & Adventurers on Meetup.com and a foster dog mom for the Hawaii Dog Foundation, she enjoys hiking, two-stepping, line dancing, horseback riding, or curling up with a good book alongside her beloved rescue dogs, Lexi and Zion.
